Rosie On Her Master's Bed

This is Rosie.
Rosie was a stray found on a cold street in Alaska.
Rosie made her way to South Georgia when her Human moved home.
I was commisioned to paint her by one loving sister to another.
As I painted Rosie, I couldn't get the painting, Master Bedroom, by Andrew Wyeth, out of my head.

When The Sister came to pick up the painting, I asked if she had ever seen Wyeth's painting.
She gasped and said, "that painting hangs just out of sight in the same room you just painted."

I laughed and said "perfect".
I think Rosie was the ultimate SnowBird!
